This is an action for an absolute divorce commenced by the plaintiff Norma Walber on the grounds of cruel and inhuman treatment and praying also for the return of certain of her assets and for a division of property. In a bill of particulars, it is alleged the cruel and inhuman treatment by the defendant-husband Joseph Walber consisted of using physical violence upon her, of embarrassing the plaintiff, and using violent and abusive language toward her, all of which resulted in adversely affecting her physical and mental well-being. The defendant answered, denying the allegations and counterclaiming for a divorce on the grounds of cruel and inhuman treatment and for a property division.
